• All rate are inclusive of breakfast, tax for 2 persons stay/the third person or children 8 years up we will charge an extra bed, children below 3 years old shirring the bed with parent/children below 7 years old not compel for extra bed but must pay breakfast extra.
• Compulsory Gala Dinner :
  - All guests in house Christmas eve on 25 Dec. 2003/ 1,500.- /adult, 750.- per child agent are responsible to collected and pay compulsory gala dinner to sand sea resort.
• Transfer :
  - Pick up from Krabi airport to resort 900.- Baht nett per way van + Long tail boat
  - Pick up from Phuket airport to resort 2,000.- Baht nett per way van + Long tail boat
  - Pick up from Phuket Town to resort 2,200.- Baht nett per way van + Long tail boat
  - Pick up from Puhket beach to resort 2,500.- Baht nett per way van + Long tail boat
